Founded in 1982, the Texas Center for Policy Studies (TCPS) brings together the people and the information necessary to ensure that growth and development in our region enhances, rather than diminishes, quality of life.


Friends of the Lydia Ann Channel (FLAC): TCPS is assisting FLAC in thier fight to stop a massive petrochemical storage area for 100 barges next to the Port Aransas Lighthouse and the National Estuarine Research Reserve in the Lydia Ann Channel.
