Founded in 1985, the Texas Center for Policy Studies (TCPS) brings
together the people and the information necessary to ensure that growth

- New Report on Garbage Issues in Matamoros. Called Scavenging, Solid Waste and the Future of
Trash Disposal In the City of Matamoros , the report looks at the issue of municipal solid waste in the Matamoros area and comes up with recommendations.
